P.A.T
Nestled amidst a veil of smoky pads, as an enticing array of industrial sounds reverberate through a fluid roll of sultry drum work, hidden in a peaceful corner of West Sussex, P.A.T sets his nightly soundscape as he fuels his passion for creating his ever evolving signature minimal works in his studio at his UK coastal home.
Patrick’s obsession for blending sounds was ignited from an early age following in the footsteps of his Brothers, (with whom he later often performed as a trio under the name of The Waller Brothers). His early years at the decks brought him to a vast number of clubs and bars across the south coast of the UK and his home town of Worthing, starting at a tender 17 years of age, where he would play UK garage on vinyl, before he discovered his lifelong love for house music.
This new found passion enticed Patrick to push on through the years collecting rare and pumping grooves from deep to tech house, and his natural talent saw him soon rise to become a solid figure at various renowned parties, clubs, and events at secret locations all over the East, and West Sussex coasts. It wasn’t long before he caught the attention of a respected local event organiser who asked him to play for his popular night called ‘Tech Noir’, in Brighton, for which Patrick soon after became resident, and remained so for over a decade, and the event still stands strong to this day.
Pat’s musical journey evolved further over the years as he went on to form a successful regular event named ‘Techstyles’ in Maidstone, which saw his name become highly regarded throughout Kent’s nightlife scene, holding the musical reigns at Mojos by the river, and hosting the courtyard at highly renowned Source Bar for 4 years, sharing the bill with some of the biggest international names in the house scene. During this time, Patrick could also be found playing for a night called ‘Kulture’, covering some of the biggest clubs throughout Brighton and London (including 93FeetEast, and Egg). P.A.T joined the Suena Agency Family following his impeccable performance at Sunny Side Up Festival in August 2021, warming up the decks for the likes of Silverlining & Terry Francis.
Two decades deep into his journey of djing, his profound obsession for digging and discovering new sounds, led him to realize his passion for minimal house, which soon became the decisive focus of his production. His sound today is becoming ever more recognisable, defined and unique, and engaging the interest of vital record labels and promoters. Patrick is focused on developing his production and defining his sound. This year he celebrates a highly anticipated debut release with Oblivium Records (Suena Agency’s Nicola Brusegan’s highly regarded new label)... ...A strong force to listen out for in the times to come...
